A Tennessee eviction notice demanding the tenant pay delinquent rent within 7 days. If not paid, the
tenant must vacate the premises within 30 days of that Notice and landlord may bring an eviction action. Use this notice if the tenant has received another 14-day notice to pay rent within six months.
